Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner-Electric 306-20-077, 306 20 077, S-82-409, S82409 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Onetork products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Opto product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Onetork such as the NA006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5GN50RH manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC34 by Manufacturer Opto as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Optel Brand OP258 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Onvio such as P023488 equipment made by Onvio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Onvio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Onvio" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1831DG1C35BX made by Orange as well as the popular A03B0815C041 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G4PS24XA by Opto and P023488 spares by Onvio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F44T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ones-Electric-Co..
